  Rick has a lifetime of experience in all areas of real estate in the Atlanta market. He is a second generation real estate broker and a third generation home builder. Early on,  as a junior at Wheeler high school in East Cobb, Rick built and sold his first house at the age of 16. While attending Georgia Tech, as a walk-on football player, he got his real estate license at age 19 and then paid for his college by rehabbing and renting foreclosed properties. Upon graduation, he founded his first homebuilding business at age 22. After much success, he went on to earn  his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1999. Having specialized in finance and negotiation, Rick then went on to work in investment banking and venture capital.
Rick knows how to manage a large production building operation, and is also a custom home-builder focused on design, quality and customization. Rick is actively building quality homes in great locations, and creating desirable neighborhoods. He has experience in new home construction, lot and land development for multiple Fortune 500 companies, retail development, residential redevelopment, property management and long-term investing. Rick has the ability to grasp nearly any industry, and has insights into other areas including technology companies, opportunities in different markets, building and financing a business, overcoming obstacles, and creative problem solving. Rick is an active angel investor and an advisor to GROUNDFLOOR.US, a leading real estate crowdfunding platform targeting non-accredited investors. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and his MBA from Harvard Business School. Rick previously worked on the real estate team of Ernst & Young’s entrepreneurial services group. He was also a senior associate in leveraged finance and the financial sponsors coverage group at UBS and a principal with Katalyst Venture Partners in New York. Between real estate and Wall Street, Rick has been involved in well over $1 Billion in transactions.




  Sean Letchworth has built custom homes for over 17 years. During that time, he has developed residential subdivisions, built custom homes at various price points, and worked in commercial construction. Sean has built over 300 homes, ranging in price from $200,000 to $3,000,000.In addition to custom homes, Seans project and construction management and experience have extended to areas of bridge, industrial, and airfield projects; bank remodels, commercial buildouts, and remodeling hospitals with complex medical specifications. At times, Sean has scheduled and directed 30+ crews simultaneously and in multiple locations.
In every custom home construction project, Sean’s philosophy has been to include details that were typically standard only in higher priced homes. These details include custom exterior elevations, granite counter tops, elaborate trim packages, detailed tray ceilings, natural stone floors and wall coverings. Sean has an eye for design and strives to incorporate highly functional kitchens, lavish bathrooms, and extravagant entryways.
